Our dealerships are seeking an experienced, organized, full-time automotive accounting administrative support. If you are a well-organized team player with previous automotive experience we want you to join our team. Accounting and DMV Responsibilities Complete understanding of DMV processes and procedures including Verifi and Out of State requirements Costing, posting and finalizing deals in Accounting Trade Payoffs Assist in monthly financial reporting and transactions to include: Accounts Payable, Receivables, Checking Deposits, and Schedules. Review ledgers, and work to clear up any discrepancies. Ensure that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current, and accurate condition at all times. Billing/posting swaps and wholesales Assist in preparing schedules and reports on a regular basis to ensure accuracy. Accounting and DMV Qualifications Minimum of 1 years automotive accounting experience High school diploma or equivalent required Must possess computer skills and be able to work in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong attention to detail Highly professional and dependable
