Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support title and registration activity for client accounts in Delray Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment where timely follow-up and careful record handling are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize, and process electronic records as well as mailed documentation, ensuring materials are logged and routed accurately.
- Examine account documents for completeness, identify discrepancies, and take action to resolve missing or incorrect information.
- Prepare and submit balance approval items in alignment with established company procedures and service expectations.
- Track open files and maintain follow-up schedules so outstanding title or registration matters are addressed on time.
- Research account issues, gather status details, and work with relevant parties to clear documentation-related obstacles.
- Perform title searches and review preliminary title information to support accurate file handling and issue resolution.
- Scan, index, and maintain document records to support efficient retrieval and compliance with workflow standards. Requirements
- Working knowledge of title searches, title clearing, title examination, and preliminary title reports.
- Ability to manage both digital and physical documents with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients, agencies, and applicants.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable follow-through and problem-solving ability when addressing account or documentation issues.
- Spanish language skills are preferred.
- Proficiency in scanning and maintaining document records within structured workflows.
