Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Title Assistant to support a growing commercial title team handling complex transactions throughout Texas and Florida. This individual will be responsible for opening commercial title orders, reviewing title work, coordinating due diligence items, and assisting with commercial curative matters from file opening through closing. The ideal candidate has experience in a commercial title environment, understands the title examination process, and is comfortable working directly with clients, attorneys, lenders, and underwriters to resolve title issues. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Candidates may work remotely, though Orlando-based candidates are preferred. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of commercial title experience in Texas or Florida Experience reviewing title commitments, title searches, and title requirements Experience resolving and tracking curative matters, including liens, entity documentation, legal description issues, and recording defects Understanding of commercial title examination principles and title clearance processes Experience opening title orders and coordinating with lenders, attorneys, clients, and underwriters throughout the transaction lifecycle Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Experience with SoftPro, DataTrace, TitlePoint, or similar title software Florida title experience and proximity to the East Florida marketBenefits
