What You'll Do You'll be the backbone of the Finance & Insurance department — the person who keeps deals moving accurately and on time. Your work directly impacts funding speed, compliance, and the overall customer experience. Partner closely with F&I Managers to prepare, review, and process deal packages with precision. Ensure every deal contains complete, accurate documentation before it moves to accounting or lenders. Handle the flow of documents between Finance and Accounting so nothing falls through the cracks. Prepare and submit funding packages to lenders, then follow up until deals are funded. Manage title and registration paperwork with full knowledge of Florida requirements. Maintain organized deal jackets (digital and physical) and generate necessary communications for the department. Support daily administrative needs and take on additional projects as the team grows. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in business or finance is a plus). At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry preferred. Solid understanding of dealership finance & insurance processes, deal jackets, and lender requirements. Strong attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning dealership software systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Valid driver's license. Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne, Tekion or similar DMS platforms; knowledge of Florida title/registration processes; bilingual (English/Spanish).
