Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. A title company is seeking a new Title Processor. This is a full time opportunity Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a permanent opportunity that will provide benefits after a short probationary period. The title company has a small branch office in the area and is expanding their title service and in need of additional staff. The office is in need of an experienced Real Estate Title Processor. However, the company will consider a Post Closer, Post Closing Specialist or Preprocessor for the role. The ideal applicant will have an advanced understanding of real estate terminology as it relates to the title process. Each Title Processor is responsible for taking title requests, creating new files,and ordering and clearing title. You must review the title commitment and order all liens, payoffs, and estoppels. You will work closely with the realtor, mortgage lender, bank, buyer or seller on each file. You must have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy assisting individuals. Act as Closing Coordinator for your files and prepare preliminary closing disclosures. Work closely with title agents, real estate title attorneys, title insurance underwriters, title examiner, and post closers.
