•25 per hour, based on experience DeBary Truck Sales is looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Automotive Receptionist / Title Clerk to join our team in Sanford, Florida. This is one combined position for someone who enjoys working with customers, answering phones, keeping the front office running smoothly, and handling automotive title and registration paperwork. We're looking for someone who can provide a great first impression to our customers while making sure our dealership paperwork is handled accurately, professionally, and on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Automotive Receptionist / Title Clerk, your daily responsibilities will include: Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer incoming telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate person Assist customers both in person and over the phone Process vehicle titles, registrations, tags, and related paperwork Prepare and submit title applications and transfers Review sales and deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness Process retail, wholesale, trade-in, and out-of-state title transactions Verify VINs and vehicle information Handle lien information, payoffs, and lien releases Track outstanding titles and follow up on missing documentation Maintain accurate vehicle and title records Work with customers, lenders, tag agencies, DMVs, and other dealerships Handle incoming and outgoing paperwork Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and general office duties Assist with commercial truck sales paperwork Provide administrative support to management and the sales team Maintain an organized and professional front-office environment Make sure customer and dealership paperwork is processed accurately and on time

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive dealership title experience preferred Florida title and registration experience preferred Receptionist, administrative, or customer-service experience Automotive or commercial truck dealership experience is a plus Excellent telephone and customer-service skills Friendly and professional personality Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Computer and data-entry skills Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

COMPENSATION

$20

•25 per hour, based on experience. Your starting pay will be based on your automotive title experience, Florida title knowledge, receptionist/customer-service experience, and overall qualifications.
