What You'll Do:

Manage residential transactions from opening to post-closing. Review contracts and coordinate all aspects of the closing process. Examine title, review commitments, clear title defects, and resolve lien issues. Prepare and review Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and underwriters. Conduct in-office closings with professionalism and confidence. Ensure compliance with Florida title insurance regulations and underwriting guidelines. Communicate proactively to keep files on track and clients informed. Oversee recording, policy issuance, and post-closing follow-up. Maintain organized digital files and workflow management within title software.

What You Bring:

3-5+ years of Florida title experience (required) 2+ years conducting closings independently (required) Strong working knowledge of Florida title insurance practices and regulations Experience reviewing title commitments and clearing common title issues Proficiency with title software (Qualia experience strongly preferred) Working knowledge of municipal lien searches, estoppels, payoffs, and doc stamp calculations Excellent communication skills with clients and real estate professionals Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness Preferred (But Not Required): Title Agent license is a plus, but not required Experience in an attorney-owned title company Knowledge of commercial transactions Bilingual (English/Spanish)
