Job Description
Job Summary A growing real estate and title services team in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Title Processor for a full-time, onsite opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented title professional who enjoys managing real estate transactions from contract to closing while working closely with attorneys, lenders, Realtors, buyers, sellers, and internal closing teams. The Title Processor will play a key role in keeping residential and commercial transactions organized, compliant, and on schedule. This is a stable direct hire opportunity with a collaborative team environment, supportive leadership, and the chance to work alongside experienced real estate professionals. The organization offers room for professional growth within an established and expanding operation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage title files from contract through closing for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Order and review title searches, title commitments, municipal lien searches, estoppels, surveys, and mortgage payoff statements.
- Review title commitments to identify liens, judgments, easements, ownership discrepancies, and other title defects.
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, underwriters, Realtors, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to resolve title issues and satisfy closing requirements.
- Prepare files for closing by ensuring documentation, title requirements, lender conditions, and compliance items are complete.
- Monitor transaction timelines, follow up proactively, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits
