Modern office setting We are looking for an experienced Title Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing title documents, preparing closing statements, and ensuring that all documents are in compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the title insurance industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, 3 years of Real Estate experience in a Law Firm or a Title Company. Candidate must have the ability to: Manage files from opening to post closing. Draft Closing Disclosures, ALTAs and balance escrow Clear title issues with minimal supervision Title curative experience Understand corporates entities and Firpta Read and understand Surveys Conduct Closings Familiarity with Qualia is a plus. E-Closing is a plus. Be extremely organized, reliable and have undivided attention to detail in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Strong interpersonal, administrative skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team, handle high volume of files and be able to prioritize tasks. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional and polished with excellent customer service skills lights Marketing and Sales Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
