Window and Door Service Technician Assitant Build a Career — Not Just a Job! We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically minded person to join our team as a Window & Door Service Technician Apprentice . No prior window or door experience is required! We'll teach you the skills you need to succeed and give you the opportunity to grow into a skilled Service Technician. ?? What You'll Do Assist experienced technicians with window and door service calls Learn how to diagnose and repair common window and door issues Help with adjustments, repairs, replacements, and installations Use hand and power tools safely and properly Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with customers Follow company safety and quality standards Learn the trade and gradually take on more responsibility ??? What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Hardworking and motivated to learn Comfortable working with tools Mechanically inclined and enjoys solving problems Able to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working inside homes and businesses Professional and respectful with customers Physically able to perform the duties of the position Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, automotive, maintenance, or other hands-on trades is a plus — but not required. ??
