Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and regulations governing international employee mobility, cross-border assignments, and work authorization requirements across multiple Latin American jurisdictions, as well as domestic employment laws and organizational HR standards Evaluate personnel practices and applicant qualifications to ensure adherence to regulations, including immigration laws, compliance standards, and U.S. employment regulations Confer with CFO to develop and implement personnel policies and procedures related to HR compliance frameworks applicable to domestic and cross-border operations Administer personnel recruitment and hiring activities, including reviewing employment applications, conducting eligibility interviews, performing background checks, and processing hiring-related documentation for both domestic and internationally mobile employees Provide consultation and expert advice to CFO and CEO regarding, general HR operational matters, resolving complex issues with a high degree of independence Develop training materials about general HR practices including performance management and documentation standards Analyze employment-related data and prepare required operational reports on mobility program performance, compliance status, recruitment activity, and HR metrics. Update and maintain current knowledge of legal and regulatory environments, including U.S. federal and state employment laws, evolving immigration regulations across Latin American jurisdictions that could affect the internal HR structure
