Job Description

•In addition to a competitive base salary, team members who cultivate and bring/refer agent or lender relationships that result in closed transactions are eligible for additional performance-based compensation. We are looking for a Title Processor with a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in title processing and real estate transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of title work, proficiency in Qualia, and a passion for exemplary Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full title process from start to closing/settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards. We have a separate post closing department. Utilize Qualia and other title management software expertly to optimize workflow. Resolve complex title issues such as liens, judgments, and title defects, ensuring timely closings. Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, attorney, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions. Participate in company training and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Open to evolve and adapt new practices. Prepare and review title documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Deliver 5-star service by communicating clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in title processing Expert proficiency in Qualia software is required. Bilingual in [preferred languages] is a plus. Strong business development skills, with the ability to maintain and grow client relationships is a plus Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
