Territory Manager Job Summary The Title & Inventory Receiving Administrator supports the efficient day-to-day operations of a cluster of trailer sales locations by managing inventory receiving processes, title and registration documentation, and administrative functions. This position supports the Boise, Nampa, Jerome, and Caldwell markets by ensuring accurate inventory records, title paperwork, and compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of title, registration, and inventory management processes. The position is primarily based in the Boise and Nampa, Idaho locations, with the employee working between these stores as determined by business needs and operational requirements. Regular travel between the Boise and Nampa locations is required. Essential Functions Receive and process incoming trailer inventory by accurately entering inventory information into company databases, including Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), trailer specifications, freight charges, shipment information, and pricing details. Verify received inventory against shipping documents and purchase orders, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with vendors, transportation providers, and internal departments. Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities. Process sold inventory transactions by updating inventory systems and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately. Facilitate title and registration processes by reviewing and verifying Manufacturer's Statements of Origin (MSOs), titles, lienholder documentation, and customer information for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to title processing, registration, and vehicle documentation. Prepare and submit title applications, registration documents, and related paperwork to the appropriate agencies and lienholders. Research and resolve title issues, missing documentation, ownership discrepancies, and registration errors, working with customers, state agencies, lienholders, and manufacturers as needed. Request corrected or replacement MSOs, titles, or supporting documentation when necessary. Report sold units to flooring companies and maintained all required records and documentation. Prepare bank deposits and complete required financial recordkeeping accurately and in a timely. Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes by communicating with customers and vendors to resolve missing information, payment discrepancies, or documentation issues. Maintain organized files and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide administrative support and excellent customer service to customers, management, and team members. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. Previous experience in title processing, DMV/title clerk functions, inventory management, dealership administration, retail administration, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of vehicle title, registration, and licensing requirements, including applicable state and federal regulations. Experience with inventory receiving, inventory control, and recordkeeping processes preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and documentation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and financial information. Ability to bend, stoop, twist, lift, and connect trailers to vehicles when necessary for inventory management and customer support. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as business needs require. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions on retail trailer lots. The employee will be expected to travel between locations based on business needs and staffing requirements. Work schedules may vary and could include a split schedule between stores, such as three days per week in Boise and two days per week in Nampa, or another arrangement as determined by operational needs. Reliable transportation and the ability to work at either location are required. Working Conditions This position performs duties in both office and outdoor trailer lot environments. The employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions and will occasionally be required to move throughout the lot to inspect, receive, and document inventory. Frequent computer use and administrative work are required.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
