We are looking for someone organized, accurate, dependable, and experienced with high-volume dealership title work.

Responsibilities:

Process Illinois and out-of-state titles and registrations Prepare title applications and required DMV/SOS paperwork Process trade-in titles, payoffs, liens, and lien releases Handle title corrections, duplicate titles, and missing title issues Maintain and follow up on outstanding title work Verify deal paperwork for accuracy before processing Work closely with accounting, sales, finance, and management Maintain accurate title records and meet all required deadlines

Requirements:

Automotive dealership title experience strongly preferred Knowledge of Illinois Secretary of State title procedures Experience with DealerTrack/DMS is a plus Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to handle a high-volume dealership environment Dependable and able to follow up on outstanding items without constant supervision Full-time position.
