Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk (L&T) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing all vehicle title transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with state transportation regulations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help streamline our paperwork processes, support sales teams, and maintain excellent client communication throughout the title processing lifecycle. Duties Prepare, review, and process automotive titles in accordance with state transportation laws and dealership policies Verify all necessary documentation for title transfers, registrations, and lien releases Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate completion of automotive sales paperwork Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related documentation Communicate effectively with clients, DMV offices, and internal departments to resolve any title discrepancies or issues Manage inventory control related to vehicle titles and registration documents Utilize dealership management software tools to input data accurately Skills Strong knowledge of automotive sales paperwork processing and title transfer procedures within a dealership, required Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills for client interaction and interdepartmental collaboration Experience with dealership management systems Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for client communication Familiarity with state transportation regulations and legal requirements for vehicle titles Customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and public speaking skills Administrative experience in a retail or automotive environment is highly desirable Join us to be part of a team that values integrity, efficiency, and exceptional service. Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
