- Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Prepares tax and title documents.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Conducts periodic training sessions for F&I managers and sales personnel regarding title regulations and procedures and issues a written memo to managers and all sales personnel whenever regulations change.
- Directs title runner in daily routines when applicable.
- Follow up on title and/or lien issues and correct as needed
- Secure all liens in a timely manner
- Assist with breaking down deals, sending contracts to the bank, billing and posting deals as needed.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned by office manager or Controller
Document Management:
Maintain and organize digital and physical records related to billing, registration, and vehicle history.
Data Entry:
Input data into dealership management system (DMS) with a high degree of accuracy.
Other Departments:
Work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date. Pay Range. $20-$25 per hour Work Location 384 Pittsfield Rd, Lenox

Required Experience
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership or similar office environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle registration and billing processes is preferred but not required.
