Job Description
Mastria Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Registry Clerk to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring vehicle registrations, titles, and related documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment while coordinating with multiple departments and outside agencies. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance up to $50,000 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Community Impact Day - paid volunteer day DailyPay - access to earned wages before payday Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Career growth and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Process vehicle registrations, titles, transfers, and other required RMV documentation Prepare and submit registration and title paperwork accurately and within required timelines Review deal paperwork to ensure all necessary documents and information are complete Verify accuracy of customer, vehicle, lienholder, and insurance information Maintain accurate and organized registration and title records Track outstanding titles, registrations, and related documentation Work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and other dealership departments to ensure timely completion of transactions Communicate with the RMV, insurance companies, financial institutions, and other parties as needed Research and resolve title, registration, and documentation issues Ensure all transactions comply with applicable state requirements and dealership procedures Provide professional and responsive support to internal teams and customers Perform additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous automotive dealership, registry, title, or related administrative experience preferred Knowledge of Massachusetts RMV registration and title procedures is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with computer systems and electronic records Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Why Mastria Automotive Group?
