Title Agent $24 - $26/hr + Commission Per Application Stevensville, MI | Full-Time | On-Site Still searching for a company where you can plant your roots and grow with? A lot of title professionals are good at what they do but stuck somewhere that does not value it. We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots, build real relationships, and be part of a team that is growing in Southwest Michigan for the long haul. If you bring the experience, we bring the stability and the career path to match. What your days will look like: Guiding 4-5 transactions daily through the closing process with care and precision Taking full ownership of each file from open to close Building trusted relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys Spotting and clearing title issues before they become problems Keeping every transaction clean, compliant, and on time What you bring to the table: 3+ years working directly in title and closing A strong grasp of real estate law, title examination, and closing procedures ResWare and Microsoft Office experience preferred State title license and notary commission (or eligibility to obtain) High School Diploma or GED required What we offer in return: We are not just filling a seat.
