This position supports multiple dealership locations and is responsible for accurately processing vehicle deals, maintaining accounting schedules, and ensuring deals are completed and funded in a timely manner. Responsibilities Process and post new and used vehicle deals Review deal jackets for accuracy and completeness Verify taxes, fees, trade information, funding, and required documentation Monitor and follow up on outstanding funding and paperwork Maintain accurate accounting schedules Research and resolve billing and accounting discrepancies Work closely with Finance, Sales, Title, and other accounting team members Assist with month-end close and reconciliation Provide backup support and cross-train with other members of the centralized accounting team Qualifications Automotive dealership billing experience preferred Knowledge of automotive accounting and vehicle deal processing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new systems and processes What We Offer Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Stable work environment with an established automotive group Opportunities for growth and cross-training
