Overview Join our dynamic team as a Title Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in managing vehicle documentation and ensuring seamless title processing. As a Title Clerk, you'll be the cornerstone of accurate record-keeping, inventory management, and compliance with automotive industry standards. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help drive our dealership's success while providing a rewarding career path. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation with precision and efficiency Maintain accurate records of all title transactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with sales teams, finance departments, and external agencies to facilitate smooth title transfers and vehicle registrations Manage inventory control related to titles and vehicle documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating dealership databases Communicate effectively with customers regarding title status, documentation requirements, and follow-up procedures Support dealership operations by handling cashiering duties related to vehicle sales and processing payments securely Experience Previous experience in automotive dealership settings or title administration is highly beneficial Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail math principles for accurate record keeping Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs Administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and proficiency in office procedures Knowledge of automotive repair processes, retail sales practices, and dealership operations enhances effectiveness in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in automotive sales support!
