As a key member of our dealership, you will streamline title processing, facilitate client communication, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process automotive sales paperwork, including title transfers, registrations, and lien documentation using industry-standard software such as CDK. Ensure all title transactions comply with state transportation regulations and dealership policies. Manage inventory control related to vehicle titles, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry. Coordinate with sales management and finance teams to verify customer information and facilitate smooth title processing. Handle customer inquiries regarding title status, registration requirements, and related documentation with professional communication skills. Maintain organized records of all title transactions, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility for audits or future reference. Assist in retail sales support tasks such as cashiering, inventory management, and administrative duties to support overall dealership operations. Skills Strong knowledge of automotive sales paperwork processing, including titles, registrations, and lien documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and record management. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for client interaction, phone etiquette, and teamwork collaboration. Experience with inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations is highly desirable. DealerCenter experience is a plus. Knowledge of state transportation regulations and automotive repair processes enhances your effectiveness in this role. Previous dealership experience or administrative experience is preferred to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Notary License is a plus. Must have similar previous experience 5+ Years.
