Job Description

Automotive Title Clerk Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends!
Compensation:
Starting at $20 an hour (Based on experience)
What You'll Do:
As a Title Clerk, you'll help ensure all vehicle transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Order and process titles for sold vehicles Track trade-in titles after payoff Complete monthly title audits Assist with wholesale title processing Manage and resolve titling discrepancies Maintain organized and compliant vehicle jackets Coordinate delivery and pickup of DMV/IDS paperwork and plates Ensure vehicles meet state inspection and emissions requirements Track temporary tags and complete audits Monitor license plate mailing timelines Maintain and verify licensing spreadsheets Assist with flooring processes and audits Track sold and wholesale vehicles Collaborate with store leadership and Corporate Title Clerks to keep everything accurate, compliant, and on schedule Additional duties as assigned We're seeking someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with deadlines and compliance requirements A strong communicator, both written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Team-oriented and customer-focused Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy

In office working with automotive titles Trips to the DMV to process titles
Physical Requirements:
Operate a vehicle when needed Sit for extended periods (6 to 8 hours) Stand/walk intermittently (up to 2 hours) Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally Handle paperwork and computer tasks for extended periods Requirements Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Requirement of Multi-Factor Authentication apps on cell phone

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
