In the role of Lien Sale / Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing title documents and conducting thorough research to ensure compliance with state law. Reporting to the Title Manager, your core skills in title processing and research will be essential in managing lien sales effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience. Attention to detail is imperative. You will be integral to the title processing operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of documentation.

Duties include:

• Lien and Title processing.
• Auction prep and processing of auction paperwork.
• Data entry
• Sending letters to legal and registered owners.
• Preparing publications.
• Proper processing of paperwork on impounded vehicles.
• Submitting paperwork to the DMV in order to process titles.
• Notary a plus.
• Reports daily to the Lien Department Manager.
• Filing and discretion to confidential information.
