Legacy Recovery & Remarketing Services is seeking a dependable, positive, and customer-focused Remarketing Representative to join our Burnt Hills office. This position supports our vehicle remarketing operations and works closely with clients, auction buyers, and our experienced internal team. Benefits Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401 (k) Key Responsibilities Assist with the sale and remarketing of vehicles through auction. Process titles, title applications, and other vehicle-related documentation. Complete administrative paperwork and maintain accurate vehicle records. Communicate with the public regarding vehicles available for sale. Correspond professionally with clients and provide timely updates and assistance. Deliver a high level of customer service to clients, buyers, and the public. Work collaboratively with other members of the remarketing and operations teams. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive, professional attitude and willingness to be part of a team. Dependable and organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent attendance and reliability are critical for this position. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Previous automotive, title, auction, or administrative experience is helpful but not required. Work Environment This is an in-office position at our Burnt Hills location . You'll be joining a strong, supportive team of experienced professionals in a positive workplace culture where teamwork, professionalism, and customer service are highly valued.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
