Role:

Larchmont Chrysler Jeep is looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our dealership team in Larchmont, NY! This is a great opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Process and finalize vehicle sales billing for new and used car deals Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner Verify accuracy of all deal documentation, including financing and lender contracts Coordinate with the Finance and Sales departments to ensure clean, complete deal jackets Track and follow up on outstanding titles, payoffs, and funding from lenders Maintain organized records of all transactions and billing files Communicate with manufacturers and financial institutions regarding billing and funding issues

Requirements:

Prior automotive dealership billing or title clerk experience required Familiarity with DMV title and registration processes in New York State Experience with dealership management software (Dealertrack CDK) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced dealership environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Prior experience using Verifi Package Contracts for funding Calculate Reg fees and Issue refund checks for Reg over charges.
