Our custom-designed, retail van will travel to sporting events, community gatherings, private parties, and other locations to create a fun, engaging experience for collectors, families, and trading card enthusiasts. We're looking for a reliable, outgoing, and responsible individual to operate the Pack Attack mobile store at scheduled events. About the Role As a Pack Attack Mobile Store Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Pack Attack truck at events and other scheduled locations. This is an independent, customer-facing role. You will be trusted to manage the truck, interact with customers, operate the POS system, monitor inventory, and handle the event from setup through breakdown with limited direct supervision. You'll have support from Pack Attack management whenever questions or unexpected situations arise, but we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership and handling the day-to-day operation independently. What You'll Do Operate the Mobile Store Pick up the Pack Attack truck and ensure it is ready for the day's event(s). Complete a pre-departure check of the truck, including the power supply, POS system, inventory, displays, and other equipment. Safely drive the truck to scheduled events and locations. Set up and prepare the truck for customers. Operate the mobile store throughout the event. Process customer transactions accurately and securely. Monitor inventory throughout the event and communicate replenishment needs. Keep the truck organized, clean, and presentable. Securely close and pack up the truck after each event. Return the truck to its designated location. Create a Great Customer Experience Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for Pack Attack customers. Interact comfortably with children, parents, collectors, and event attendees. Help customers understand products and answer questions. Make recommendations based on customers' interests and needs. Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Represent the Pack Attack brand positively at every event. Work Independently Take ownership of the Pack Attack truck and its operation while on the road and at events. Handle routine customer, operational, and equipment issues independently. Use good judgment and make appropriate decisions in the field. Maintain responsibility for the truck, inventory, POS system, and other company property while in your care. Communicate promptly with Pack Attack leadership when an issue requires additional support. Support the Brand Represent Pack Attack professionally at events and in the community. Assist with basic social media content and posts related to events and the Pack Attack experience. Help create an energetic and positive presence wherever the truck operates. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing, dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable taking ownership of a business operation. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys talking with people and interacting with customers. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills. Is friendly, professional, and approachable. Is reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Is comfortable working independently without constant supervision. Takes ownership of their responsibilities and follows through. Has retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience. Can represent Pack Attack and the brand professionally in public. Is genuinely interested in trading cards and collecting. Trading-card knowledge or experience is highly preferred, but not required. Schedule Pack Attack's schedule will vary based on the events we attend. Approximately 6-8 hours on scheduled event days , including setup, event operations, and breakdown. Weekend availability is required. Additional weekday, evening, or holiday availability may be needed depending on the event calendar. Flexibility and the ability to reliably commit to scheduled events are essential. Requirements Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Comfortable driving a Ford Transit 350 high-roof extended van. Ability to independently drive the Pack Attack truck to and from events. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Comfortable working independently. Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
