TITLE CLERK

for our Toyota dealership in Latham! You will work with our Sales Consultants and F&I Managers to complete deals, take in stock, and handle stocking in trades. This is an integral position and must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment. Full position with a competitive pay rate and excellent benefits package. Job Duties:

Prepare tax and title documents Submit all legal transfer documents to the state DMV(s) Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department Match MSO to title paperwork to submit to DMV(s) Prepare and post checks in accounting system Receive plates from DMV and expedite to dealerships/customers Compile weekly title in transit report in Microsoft Excel Light accounting- balancing accounts

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent •Previous title experience required, but will train if you meet the above qualifications Notary or the ability to obtain a Notary Public is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Reliable with good attendance, work ethic, and time management skills Professional, positive demeanor Valid, insurable driver's license Hiring rate is from $20 per hour.
