We are seeking a detail-oriented Service & Warranty Adminstrator to join our service team. This role is essential in ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.Responsibilities:
Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims with manufacturers and vendors Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and filed properly Review repair orders for compliance with manufacturer policies and guidelines Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve claim issues Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures Assist in auditing warranty files and reports to ensure dealership compliance Handle daily deposits for Service Team Issue Purchase Orders forDealership Vendors Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an automotive service environment strongly preferred Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and dealership operations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and Microsoft Office Strong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:
