Our subsidiaries include Alliance Title & Escrow, AmeriTitle, Kittitas Title and Escrow, Momentum Title Agency, and Pacific Alliance Title. About the Role As a Title Assistant, you'll serve as a member of our title operations team—helping with complex transactions, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. What You'll Do Review and interpret a wide range of title documents (deeds, liens, easements, judgments). Collaborate with Title Officers to resolve title defects and ensure data accuracy. Work in company title plant and County records, searching for documents and producing title chains. Analyze escrow and lender instructions and ensure compliance with legal standards. Prepare and record documents with county clerks. Produce accurate title reports, commitments, and final policies. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues. Train and mentor junior title assistants for senior title assistant position. Support posting, locator duties, and property inspections as needed. Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 4+ years of progressive experience in a title assistant or related role. Prior experience in the real estate industry At least 2 years managing complex title transactions for a senior title assistant position. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title software/databases. Leadership and mentoring capabilities for senior title assistant position.
