Shift:
Full Time Summary:
Responsible for posting all vehicle deals and maintaining schedules associated with deal posting. Essential Duties Process yearly renewal of dealer tags in conjunction with controller Stay abreast of title regulations and attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area Process the posting of all new and pre-owned vehicle sales for the dealership Calculate salesperson commissions and maintain salesperson commission sheets Reconcile and maintain all accounting schedules related to vehicle deals Monitor, track, & report any issues or delays promptly with the Controller Maintain accounting data and records by scanning, copying, and filing documents Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins Bill out all dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin Post daily fundings and manufacturer incentive reports Post new and used vehicle inventory into accounting Process title work on all new and used vehicles for both PA and out-of-state deals Process Pennsylvania Title Work via Online portal within timeframe required by PennDOT Prepare tax and title documents required for state in which vehicle will be titled Post Dealertrack Daily Debits and clean/maintain all schedules related to titling vehicles Monitor, track, & report any issues or delays promptly with the Controller Maintain PennDOT record retention & filing system as outlined by PAA Audit Requirements Monitor & maintain all required licenses, training certs, logs, contract affidavits, etc. Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work in a live file which includes the status of any missing or problem titles and outstanding titles Assist Controller with state audits and stay up to date on PennDOT requirements Other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:
Communicate effectively and professionally with teammates and internal/external customers Ability to maintain and create Excel spreadsheets Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office Experience processing title work is a plus Must have a valid driving license and successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening Education and/or
Experience:
