Title Coordinator. A prominent full-service Settlement & Escrow Company is looking for a Title Coordinator to join their growing team. This is your opportunity to work for an innovative and successful company handling every kind of real estate transaction from single family residences to the most complex multi-site commercial transactions. The Title Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the timely close of commercial real estate transactions throughout

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and 3+ years of relevant experience in the title industry. Key Responsibilities The
COMMERCIAL
Title Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for Real Estate Investors, Developers, Attorneys, and Banks. Prepare proformas. Prepare Settlement Statements in accordance with Lender Closing Instructions. Conduct Closings and handle support prior to and during settlement process. Review of clearance documents including title commitment and information collected by Clearance Offices to make sure to make sure all requirements have been cleared and meet underwriter requirements. Use knowledge and expertise to resolve title commitment requirements that the clearance team is not authorized to handle. Maintain system to ensure milestones are met in accordance with company policy. Prepare completed files for disbursement. Address all client requests and parties associated with the transaction in a timely manner. Desired Qualifications High School Diploma. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Paralegal Certification is a plus! 3+ years of title industry experience, NY, NJ, PA preferred. Strong understanding of real estate title closing procedures and legality. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent Benefits!
