This position will focus on mineral title interpretation, lease administration, title curative, ownership determination and ongoing management of oil and gas interests.

Responsibilities include:

Interpret mineral title, oil & gas leases and related agreements Research mineral ownership and leasehold status Prepare and review runsheets and ownership reports Perform title curative and resolve ownership discrepancies Monitor lease expirations, pooling activity and post-primary-term provisions Communicate with operators, mineral owners, brokers and other land professionals Support lease negotiations and related agreements Coordinate with GIS, accounting and land administration teams Qualifications 5-10 years of oil & gas land management or mineral title experience Strong mineral title and lease interpretation skills Excellent communication and negotiation ability RPL or CPL preferred Permian Basin experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Qualified candidates are encouraged to APPLY for immediate consideration Flexible work from home options available.
