Title Processor Location Title & Escrow, LLC Miami Lakes, FL Job Details Part-time $18 - $24 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Closing coordination Spanish High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Certified Notary Public Full Job Description Location Title & Escrow is seeking an experienced Part-Time Title Processor to support our growing real estate title team in Miami Lakes. This hybrid position is 25 hours per week, scheduled as 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The selected candidate will work 2 days per week in our Miami Lakes office and 3 days per week remotely from home. The ideal candidate has experience with Florida residential real estate transactions and can help keep title files organized and moving from contract through closing.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and setting up new title files after contracts are received Reviewing contracts, deadlines, and transaction requirements Ordering and tracking title searches, lien and municipal searches, payoffs, surveys, estoppels, and other required documents Coordinating with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, underwriters, and other parties Reviewing title commitments, liens, deeds, surveys, and related documents Helping identify and clear title requirements and common title issues Preparing files and documents for closing Assisting with settlement statements, closing figures, funding, recording, and post-closing follow-up Providing responsive updates and follow-up throughout the transaction
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of title processing and/or real estate closing experience preferred, ideally with Florida residential transactions Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple active files and work independently Familiarity with Microsoft Office and title or closing software High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with Accuair, Florida Notary Commission, Florida Title Agent License, commercial closings, mortgage processing, or Spanish fluency is a plus Compensation is based on experience.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
