•Seeking License in NJ, NY, or PA Competitive Salary + Benefits package Position Summary Processor is responsible for preparing and managing title files through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of clear title. Key Responsibilities Review title searches, tax certifications, and municipal lien searches Identify exceptions, liens, judgments, and other matters requiring clearance Coordinate resolution of title defects with attorneys, lenders, and other parties Order and review payoffs, HOA/condo certifications, and municipal certifications Communicate with real estate attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers to gather and confirm closing documentation Prepare closing packages, including deeds, mortgages, and settlement statements (CD/HUD-1) in coordination with closers Track file status and deadlines across an active pipeline of transactions Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a title processor, title examiner, or in a similar real estate closing/settlement role Working knowledge of NJ title insurance practices; familiarity with NY and/or PA practices a plus Experience with title production software preferred Strong understanding of title commitments, liens, judgments, and municipal searches Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Prior experience working with attorneys, lenders, and real estate agents in a closing environment Familiarity with NJ Realty Transfer Fee, Mansion Tax, and recording requirements What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health benefits 401
