This is a contract to hire opportunity. Mon-Fri, in office $20/HR Masis connects skilled professionals with reputable local employers who invest in their teams and offer real room to grow. What You'll Do Verify VIN numbers, odometer readings, and lienholder information on every deal Prepare tax and title documents for submission to the County Clerk's office in a timely manner Resolve title issues, odometer discrepancies, and power of attorney matters Scan all title documents into the computer system and file Powers of Attorney for each deal Verify accuracy of paperwork returned by the Clerk's Office Keep management updated on the status of outstanding titles Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with co-workers, customers, and vendors Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive customer and dealership information What We're Looking For Self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude Must be authorized to work in the United States Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
