RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a small paid training cohort for people who want to learn entry-level title work. No title experience is needed. You will not be expected to already know title work. We will teach the basics. Seeking reliable, careful, coachable people who want to learn how real estate closings work from the inside. This is not a sales job. It is a training program for someone who wants practical experience and a possible path into steady professional work. Training Schedule The in-person training program lasts 3 weeks. Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - noon, plus two to three hours of assigned work each day. Successful completers will be invited to interview for a permanent position. What you'll do You will help the team with simple, supervised tasks such as: Organizing electronic files Entering and checking information carefully Tracking missing items and helping keep files on schedule Completing daily training assignments by 8:00 p.m. Learning how real estate title fits into the larger real estate business Minimum qualifications Able to pass a background check appropriate for work involving financial and confidential records Availability for the full 3-week training program Reliable transportation to the training site High school diploma, GED, or current student status Basic computer skills Ability to read and follow written instructions Clear verbal and written communication This paid training program is designed to equip you with the essential skills needed for a successful career in title processing and real estate transaction management.
