Join a Growing Dealership Team A growing marine dealership is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to support dealership operations in Grand Prairie, Texas. This position plays a vital role in ensuring all boat, trailer, and vehicle title transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The Title Clerk works closely with the Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to support timely customer deliveries and ensure dealership documentation is complete, organized, and compliant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with detailed documentation, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy while providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Title Processing & Compliance Process boat, trailer, and vehicle titles and registrations in accordance with state and federal regulations Complete title transfers, lien releases, duplicate title requests, and ownership documentation Review title paperwork for accuracy and completeness prior to submission Maintain organized title files and ensure all required documentation is properly retained Resolve title discrepancies by communicating with customers, financial institutions, and government agencies Prepare and maintain documentation for audits while ensuring compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements Dealership Support Coordinate title work to ensure timely customer deliveries Assist with warranty registrations and related documentation Process and record customer deposits while maintaining accurate dealership records Update inventory and transaction information within the dealership management system Support Sales, Finance, and Accounting by ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative tasks related to title processing Customer Service Serve as a professional point of contact for title and registration inquiries Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers through the title process Communicate proactively to resolve documentation issues and prevent delivery delays Build positive working relationships with customers, lenders, and state agencies What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar dealership title processing role Previous marine, automotive, RV, or powersports dealership experience preferred Knowledge of title processing, registrations, lien releases, and dealership documentation Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Experience using a dealership management system is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documentation professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Flexibility to work Saturdays as business needs require Why Join Us?
