We are a high-volume Washington vehicle and vessel licensing subagency with a dedicated team specializing in dealership title and registration work throughout the greater Seattle area. As our dealer business continues to grow, we are looking for someone who understands automotive title work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right. Washington dealership title or vehicle licensing experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider candidates with strong transferable experience in automotive dealership operations, title and registration processing, DMV/DOL work, or a similar document-intensive role. What You'll Do This is primarily a dealer-processing position focused on high-volume automotive title and registration work.
You will:
Process Washington vehicle title and registration transactions for dealership clients Review title applications, ownership documents, releases of interest, odometer disclosures, and supporting paperwork Work in Washington DOL systems and our internal DealerEdge platform Prepare and complete dealer batches Verify registration and transaction information for accuracy Maintain assigned plate, tab, and registration inventory Process standard transfers, Quick Titles, duplicate titles, title corrections, and other dealership transactions Identify missing or incorrect documentation before transactions are finalized Communicate professionally with dealership title clerks when questions or documentation issues arise Learn and apply more advanced licensing procedures as your experience grows Our processors take ownership of their work. Once you begin completing a dealer batch, you are responsible for accurately carrying that batch through completion, inventory handling, assembly, and final staging. What We're Looking For The right candidate is: Reliable and dependable Exceptionally detail-oriented Comfortable working quickly without sacrificing accuracy Organized and able to manage a high volume of transactions Comfortable learning and applying detailed rules and procedures Able to recognize when something does not look right and investigate before moving forward Professional in written and verbal communication Comfortable taking ownership of work from beginning to end Able to work independently while also contributing to a close-knit team Experience We'd Especially Like to See Strong candidates may have experience as a: Dealership Title Clerk Automotive Licensing Clerk Vehicle Title Specialist Washington Licensing Subagent DMV/DOL Title or Registration Processor Dealership Accounting or Office employee with significant title experience Fleet, rental, or automotive registration specialist Direct Washington vehicle title and registration experience is highly valued. If you already understand Washington title applications, releases, odometer requirements, ownership documents, Quick Titles, or dealership licensing workflows, we definitely want to hear from you. Schedule Full-time, in person at our Bothell office. Normal schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Compensation $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience. Candidates with direct Washington dealership title or licensing experience may qualify toward the higher end of the range.
