This role involves answering inquiries, conducting pre-screen assessments, verifying insurance, coordinating intake appointments, and guiding clients and families through the admission process. The Admissions Coordinator works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and supportive transition into care.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in healthcare admissions, behavioral health, or addiction treatment preferred Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
