In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in cosmetic procedures, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Provide consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments aligned with their goals. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines. Upsell products and additional services through engaging guest services and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and clinic revenue. Collaborate with team members on social media management to promote services, share success stories, and grow the clinic's online presence. Skills Valid nursing license with specialized training in aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation techniques. Experience with management systems, Aesthetic Records preferrably for scheduling and client records. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and build lasting relationships. Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices within medical spa settings. Proficiency in retail sales techniques to recommend skincare products and treatment packages confidently. Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, nail care, and other advanced skincare techniques. Excellent customer service skills combined with hospitality experience to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
