Afternoon/Night /Customer Service/Production 3-9pm

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our bakery team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of our bakery—greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring every guest has a warm and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction :

Greet customers and provide friendly service. Help customers select products, offer recommendations, and answer any questions about the menu or ingredients. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a positive and professional manner.

Cash Handling :

Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments (cash, credit card, etc.). Provide correct change and issue receipts.

Product Presentation :

Ensure that the bakery display is neat, organized, and visually appealing. Replenish products and keep stock organized, ensuring that everything is fresh and well-stocked.

Cleaning and Maintenance :

Keep the counter and eating areas clean, including wiping down surfaces and maintaining a tidy environment. Assist in cleaning and organizing the bakery as needed, especially after closing.

Product Preparation Assistance :

In some bakeries, you may assist in preparing baked goods, such as decorating cakes, frosting pastries, or packaging orders.

Order Fulfillment :

Take custom orders for cakes, bread, or pastries and ensure they are correctly prepared and delivered to customers. Help with special events or large orders (e.g., wedding cakes or corporate orders).

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with bakers and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
