Sprout Early Care & Preschool is a small childcare business in Kalamazoo, MI. We are fast-paced, professional, fun! We hire qualified lead teachers to provide a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment to all of the families we serve in the community.

Our teaching staff follows a curriculum and ensures our students are safe, and that their environment is clean and organized. We engage children in age-appropriate play and activities, and ensure that their emotional, social, physical, and educational needs are met. We are positive role models for children and professional, amazing partners to parents. This role WILL involve changing diapers, assisting children with eating, cleaning up, helping them settle down for rest, taking them outside to play, talking with parents at pick up and drop off about their child's day, recording daily activities on software that tracks each child's daily activities and encouraging and supporting children's growth and development.
