Job Description
Job Overview DLC Landscape and Arbor LLC is a professional tree service company operating in the Denver area since 1980. We offer highly competitive pay and operate with top-of-the-line equipment. We are looking for a full-time skilled and dedicated Foreman/Climbing Arborist who has a positive attitude and holds themselves accountable. You will be working with a Certified Arborist. This role requires the ability to operate specialized equipment safely and effectively while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal as needed to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees. Operate bucket trucks and rigs safely for high-access tree care tasks. Proficient in rope and saddle climbing, modern climbing, and rigging tools/techniques If you are interested, we will help you obtain ISA certifications and CDL training. If you already are a Certified Arborist, Certified Climbing Specialist or have your CDL these licenses increase your pay! Knowledge of safe operation of industry specific equipment; chippers, chainsaws, stump grinder, aerial lift, etc. is required Climbers perform a variety of tasks including groundwork, climbing, pruning, removals, training, and driving/dumping company vehicles Snow removal responsibilities seasonally Requirements At least 2 years experience Valid Driver's License Valid CDL Proficient in operating bucket trucks and rigging equipment safely. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and best practices for tree health. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and teamwork. Additional certifications in arboriculture are a plus.
