Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Experienced Hedge Trimmer to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for precise hedge trimming, shrubbery shaping, and general plant care to enhance the aesthetic appeal and health of landscaped areas. Your expertise will contribute to creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor environments that meet client expectations and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about horticulture, tree care, and outdoor work to showcase their skills in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Responsibilities Operate hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and other landscaping tools safely and efficiently to shape hedges, shrubs, and small trees. Perform plant pruning care to promote healthy growth and maintain desired landscape designs Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, planting, and general landscaping to support overall site aesthetics. Follow all safety procedures diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols during outdoor work activities. Collaborate with team members on projects Qualifications Proven experience operating hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and other landscaping equipment Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and precision. Ability to follow detailed safety protocols and maintain a high standard of safety during all tasks

Pay:
$175.00 - $200.00 per day
