Job Summary:

The Green Experts Landscaping is seeking a Crew Leader to safely prune, trim, remove, and maintain trees for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of proper tree care techniques and safe equipment operation.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead and direct a team of field workers. Perform lawn care, pruning, planting, and weed control. Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely. Train new team members on job tasks and safety rules. Report daily progress and issues to the project manager. Maintain equipment and clean job sites. Follow OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
