The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree care, including trimming, rigging, and operating bucket trucks. This role requires a passion for horticulture and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Operate bucket trucks safely for high-access tree care tasks. Utilize rigging techniques for safe tree removal or limb lowering. Conduct lawn care and landscape maintenance as needed. Assess tree health and provide recommendations for care or treatment. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Skills Proficient in rigging techniques for safe tree work. Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping tree locations. Skilled in bucket operation for high-altitude tasks. Knowledgeable in tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and disease management. Strong skills with an eye for design and detail. Growing experience in horticulture, understanding plant biology and ecology. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
