Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundsman to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our trees ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept and safe . The ideal candidate will have experience in tree maintenance and care, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Responsibilities Operate bucket trucks for tree trimming and care, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Conduct tree care activities such as pruning, fertilizing, mulching, clean up, splitting wood and pest management. Assist in the operation for transporting equipment and materials to job sites. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Proven experience Familiarity with tree care practices including tree trimming techniques. Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods. Valid driver's license may be required depending on company policy.
