An Arborist provides care for trees. Trims and prunes trees to promote healthy growth and cuts trees or clear branches near utility lines, street signs or houses. Monitors trees for disease and insect damage. Manages trimming, watering and planting in parks and urban areas.

We're looking for an experienced Production Arborist who takes pride in doing quality tree work, works safely, and wants an opportunity to grow with a company that is continuing to expand. What You'll Do As a Production Arborist, you'll be a key member of our tree care crews and will be expected to contribute to safe, efficient production in the field.
Responsibilities include:
Perform tree removals and pruning safely and efficiently Climb using modern climbing systems and techniques when required Operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts when qualified Perform technical rigging and controlled lowering Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, loaders, and other tree-care equipment Follow

standards Identify hazards and develop safe, efficient work plans Work effectively with crew leaders, climbers, and groundsmen Help train and develop less-experienced crew members Maintain a professional appearance and attitude around customers Help care for and maintain company equipment Take ownership of jobsite safety, quality, and productivity What We're Looking For Professional tree-care/arboriculture experience Strong understanding of safe tree removal and pruning practices Climbing and/or aerial lift experience preferred Rigging experience Proficiency with chainsaws and tree-care equipment Valid driver's license CDL preferred ISA Certified Arborist is a plus Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening Compensation $28-$35/hour, depending on experience, skill level, certifications, and ability to contribute to production.
