Full-time, year-round Reliable Tree Service is a small, growing tree care company serving the Kansas City area. We're continuing to expand and are looking for dependable people who want to work hard, develop their skills, and grow with the company. We're not looking for someone who simply wants to collect a paycheck. • What You'll Be Doing
• Assisting climbers and equipment operators with tree removals and pruning Running ropes and helping with basic rigging operations Operating chainsaws, chippers, loaders, and other equipment Dragging, processing, and loading brush and logs Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Communicating and working effectively with the crew Following company safety procedures and wearing required PPE Helping protect customers' homes, lawns, landscaping, and property•Our Equipment•We invest in equipment that makes our work safer and more efficient, including: 60-yard grapple truck Backyard spider lift Giant G1200 loader Bucket trucks Chippers, stump grinders, and professional climbing and rigging equipment•What We're Looking For•Dependable and on time Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Willing to learn and take direction Safety-minded and respectful toward coworkers and customers Valid driver's license required CDL is preferred but not required Previous tree service, landscaping, construction, or equipment experience is helpful Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening•Benefits•Health insurance with 75% of the employee premium paid by the company Two weeks of paid time off Six paid holidays Full-time, year-round work 401(k) Company-paid dental, vision, and life insurance Professional development and ongoing training Opportunities for advancement Modern equipment and newer trucks Family-oriented, faith-based company culture As Reliable Tree Service continues to grow, we want to promote dependable people from within.
