Job Description

Job Title:
Experienced Tree Climber Pay:
$28-$35/hour (based on experience and skill level)
The Role:
We're looking for a skilled climber who can execute residential tree work—removals, pruning, crane jobs—safely and efficiently. You'll work alongside our existing crew on jobs that are already scoped and approved. We need someone with solid experience who can jump in and contribute from day one, with potential to grow into a leadership role as the business expands.

Compensation That Reflects Your Skills:

What You'll Do:
Execute tree removals and pruning jobs (manual and crane-assisted) Climb safely and efficiently using proper rigging techniques Operate bucket trucks and aerial equipment Run ground equipment (skid steer, chipper, etc.) Work with a small crew to complete jobs professionally Mentor less experienced crew members
What We're Looking For:
3+ years climbing experience with a solid track record Strong rigging and safety knowledge—you know what you're doing in the tree Comfortable with manual and crane-assisted removals Experience with bucket trucks and aerial lifts Can work independently and make good decisions on the job Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) ISA Certified Arborist is a plus but not required Professional demeanor on job sites
